Learn the components of All Fours and Downward Facing Dog all while seated in a chair. Chair yoga class can be challenging for all and accessible. Learn to use a chair in new ways that break the vinyasa class mold while still delivering the outcomes that many are looking for in a yoga class.

Note: you'll need a wall & a chair. You can begin class seated comfortably in the chair on in a reclined position with your legs up on the chair seat or in Constructive Rest on the floor.

  • Chair (any kitchen or office chair with four secure legs will work. Make sure to place on top of a nonslip surface and have the back of the chair positioned with a wall behind it.
